BVB coach Thomas Tuchel’s first return to his former stomping ground was an all-round success. 17 months after stepping down as Mainz boss, Tuchel was back and clearly enjoyed watching his Dortmund side record a 2-0 win against his former club.

It's always great when Dortmund wins. This one's a special one, not least because Tuchel was a former Mainz man and it's great seeing him win again. Having Reus score a goal is also nice as it most definitely restored his confidence after his injury. We don't want our star man on a bad run of form when Bayern are 7 points ahead and Schalke one point behind us. It's a little sad that Auba didn't extend his goalscoring run, but what's important is that he gifted Reus and Miki two shots, showing how mature the man is now. Now on to Augsburg and Qabala.

@James Iyer Oh really? That's interesting. What is the football culture like in Singapore? Here in Finland it exists but it's nothing compared to our Ice Hockey, which I don't care that much about. Football would be more popular if we were good at it, but sadly our youth training sucks, and only very few get to play in good leagues. I think there is only 1 Finnish player in the first Bundesliga, Lukas Hradecky, the goalie for Frankfurt.
