@Gāoshǒu the furry a grocery store would be the place to go for groceries, so no you would not find those tools there lol. Certainly would find them at a hobby crafts or hardware store. And you don't really need any safety precautions to use a soldering iron if you have some common sense - don't touch the hot end or lay it on your table.

As an electrical engineer, I'm appalled by how shabby of a job you've done, and further appalled that you're giving people the impression that this is a project the average person can do. These devices (inductance chargers) deal with line voltage, which can be as high as 240 volts (Europe) or 120 volts (North America). The fact that it seems you've left some parts of the wiring exposed and that your solder joints are not properly isolated makes this makeshift device a fire and shock hazard.
