My mother and husband passed away four years ago, my mom in may, and my husband in August of the same year, and I haven’t been the same person ever since I have a hard time falling asleep, ever since I start to listen to the Calm App it helps a lot, it really calms me down it’s very soothing and bring some sort of peace too me, greaving for so long can be very bad for the mind body and soul, and also the loneliness is even worse, may who ever is going through what I am pray fully we will be happy and strong again.👩🏾❤️👏🏾😌

Just got home from picking my wife at the hospital. My mother took care of my 17 month old daughter. She just fell asleep with this music. It's been a tyring day and I just wanna sleep.

In June I was diagnosed with diabetes, hypothyroidism, SVT (heart condition, a liver problem, and undetermined digestive issues; all at once. I have been struggling with all the tests, medications and stress. This has helped me slow down and relax so much.
