apparently it will not ... the 12 episode season will take about half of the manhua ... if not more because of the pre-drawn parts we got leaked ... so ... prepare to have a God of Highschool the return in terms of details ... it will be bad ...

It has an amazing story some filler but nonetheless fire story I just hope they go a little off track and really push emotions that I got from reading

Such as when he rivals the leader of the Chinese hunters and makes him feel”death” when he saves Jin ah from the orcs in their school. So many fearful badass moments they better make us watchers feel the emotions and do a good job animating I don’t want a let down.

Ngl I was hoping a studio like MAPPA or David Production would animate this, but A-1 did Magi *and* Kaguya Sama so I have faith it's going to be high quality. Fingers crossed, this series got me addicted to Manwha

@Soham Mohanty It is mostly about fighting, but the side characters aren't bad. They're actually hella unique and very diverse considering half of them aren't Korean (or I guess it will be Japanese because a Japanese studio is making it? I don't know how they're going to reconcile that actually because the locations are pretty important plot wise). But our lead character dominates the screen time. The story is all about his personal journey, and he spends much of it on his own, hence the title "Solo Leveling".

Where can I watch it from. Is it already out

Same, but most of all even if they don't do too well in the animation as long as they don't take away from the manhwa or light novel. They better not add anything that wasn't in the light novel either unless it gives us a happier ending which already is a happy ending (sad for some characters but over all happy)

I disagree, the statue, YES!, but everything else seemed halv assed. THIS here is the exact reason why Chugong didn't want it to be animated. It's going to be very hard to pull the anime up to a level where it's able to compete with the manwha.

The art style isn't giving solo Leveling to me, so if they cut arcs or certain things, im gonna cry 😭😭

@Kendall I wonder how it would've been with Studio Trigger instead. Sure their color palettes are somewhat pastel-like or dull, but their animations sure are quite detailed usually.
Or if we really wanted it as close to solo leveling as possible then perhaps the animation studio of Grand Fate Order? Their coloring and lightning illumination is quite glowy.

@Kasumi Saya better read the after story of the lightnovel or read solo leveling after story manhwa as it is still ongoing until now.. To the point that its already showing the mc's son story arc beginning..
Personally for me the lightnovel ending and after story is a bit more romantic vs the one made in manhwa but it still works.. And glad they continued to draw it even though its been more than a year of hiatus..

If you did not know there is also a lightnovel for mc's son like boruto to naruto and its quite long.. I just hope they change some of its contents if they are to turn it to a manhwa.. Serioursly it does not match up with the current after story of solo leveling.. If you wanna read the solo leveling about his son its solo leveling ragnarok..he likes to use his fist or gauntlet unlike his dad dual daggers..

@Kasumi Saya Spoiler - You asked so anyone else reading stop if you don't want spoilers. He turns back time, which is the last time you can turn back time and then whatever happens that's that. He decides to not let anyone remember or know what happened and then goes to fight the dragon royal, and other monsters alll by himself with his original shadows. In that world time flows VERY different from earth. He faught alone with his shadows for 27 years meanwhile on earth only 2 years had passed. When he returned he was well over 20 years but because he became a royal he didn't age, he stopped aging and looked 20-23 so he reverted his age back to looking like a middle schooler. Then there are short stories which shows multiple small and then long time skips. We get to see all the other main and side characters in this new timeline with no dungeons and monsters. Telling you about all the side stories would be A LOT but the gist of it is he meets the girl he was dating again, tells her what happens, they get married, have a son, he becomes a cop but rejects promotions until his son is older. His son then gets his memories wiped clean and his powers locked until he is in high school where he becomes the main character for a bit and we get to see how he unlocks his powers. There are also other royals (if I remember correctly either royals or very strong people) who come over to fight Jin Woo because they sense his power. Too much to write but over all a happy yet sad ending. Bittersweet.

I recommend reading something else to keep your mind off of it. If you haven't read
"infinite level up in murim" then I HIGHLY recommend it! The MC starts off weak and then works hard to become stronger! He also finds friends along the way who support him.

@Tastelikesorrow No they are not. Dubu was the original illustrator of the manhwa who sadly passed away in 2022 due to a cerebral hemorrhage. His illustrations were amazing, so I hope they do his art justice in animated form.

@JFK on LSD, not creator, the illustrator of the Mahnwa, solo leveling started out as a light novel, which I highly recommend reading if you haven't!
