This week, we got a much needed piece of equipment that will make our lives so much easier. It is a total game changer! We also solve our venting issue and begin building our master bathroom shower. Giải trí
It could be algae growing on the roof this is a common issue in shipping containers.
Who's the 156 people who gave the thumbs down? Are you kidding me!?!?! 😋 I love your Kabota. I have one, they last forever!
Buying a a compact tractor was a game changer for projects around my place. Congratulations!
Sure it's not pollen?
Is it a 83' tractor or a '83 tractor? 83 foot tractor or a made in 1983 tractor? Lol.
when do we see the finished house. It looking beautiful now , how much longer till we see the end.
She look great in the tractor!!!
Metal filings from grinding or cutting in that area
Loved the tractor!
im thinking moss, like on trees it only grows on one side.:)
8:12 That looks like tree pollen and mold/mildew. Look on the barn roof and see if you see it there too.. use a white paper towel to compare the residue. What kind of trees are close to that side of the house? Do you see it on the windows too? If it's blowing dust it will be on the windows too.
Hey Spencer ,just seen this vid mate if u haven't already figured it out the rust on the roof its called swarf its just small metal filings from when u screwed the sheets in or if u cut any other metal on the roof, to avoid this in the future whenever u work on your roof just get the leaf blower and run it over the surface to get the swarf off before water or moisture settles it to rust but its not a huge problem it would take years for it to do some damage good thing u spotted it tho
Guys please we are your masks.
Природа красивая, жена тоже!)
I was wondering how are you going to insulate the walls and floors in the house? And are you going to insulate the pumphouse aswell?
How many acres of land do you have?
Nice tractor! You cant kill a good old tractor. It looks like you have a 3 point hitch on the back. Look for a PTO, or power take off. Guys, you can power almost anything from a tractor PTO.Generators, sawmills, tillers, so many devices. You jtt got yourselves a 18 hp power plant!!
Thank you so much for sharing your build. Blessings
Nice "Tonka Toy"
He's exactly right. It's the shavings. Happens when screwing the metal roofing down as well.
You might want to consider a way to keep debris from falling into the vent pipe for plumbing....i had that problem, which caused a blockage and difficulty of my kitchen sink draining. I used a 90 degree elbow to have the vent pipe opening face downward at the roof to prevent it from reoccurring.
at 12:50 of this video...what´s the music name? Please! Fame and fortune 4 you 2!
@rocket tests has it correct. I live in South Florida and my dad lives in the Florida keys. Because of the salt content in the air, metal shavings can do serious damage to everything. All the grinding and everything you are doing, it explains the roof issue. Good luck!
I have watched your series from ep 1 and think it's absolutely brilliant. You have both worked very hard to get to where you are. I can't wait to see you finish and i wish you all the very best for future. You both seem like lovely people and deserve to be successful and rewarded for your hard work.
Did you guys ever think about spraying the roof with a waterproof/weatherproof solution? Or the whole exterior of the house?
pollen... my trees drop it all over my cars too
So I've been interested in container homes since I first heard about them. I caved and just bought a mobile home instead. That being said, I've been watching your videos for a while now - not really because of the container homes but because you two have such a wonderful, kind, patient, and loving way with one another. I hope you keep putting up videos after the home is completed. Thank you for being you.
Tree pollen?
I thought there for a minute y’all were going to make a concrete shower floor. Would have been interesting to see.
put wheel weights on that tractor it is top-heavy
FIND a mower deck. Your odds are better there. You're not in Indiana, the world's "use to destruction" mowing capital.
thats not rust its mold
on pipe put some wire on it. to keep the bates out.
wait till you turn 50, the doc got something better for you.
Been 6 days....what's up ?
young man ,
u need to put loader bucket down because if y don't u will turn over
if your winds are from the west it can still be a pollen or air spread someting. if you can remove it with a gentle wash it won't be rust.
I am really curious as to why would anybody push the dislike button on this video!
Sounds like the valves need adjusting and check hydraulic fluid. CHANGE ALL OILS‼️‼️‼️. LAST A LONG TIME IF MAINTAINED. VINNY 🇺🇸
Hi from Ukraine! Take care of your wife, don't let her carrying those heavy things. Keep being happy!
The rust is from using a grinder on the roof. Or when the roofing sheets where on the ground.
Maaan i cant wait to do mine in the philippines. Watching your channel and 2 others is giving me major ideas
Hi guys, from Tasmania, Australia. Keep up the great content, and continue with your awesomeness. In agreeance with everyone who's mentioned Grinders and the "Sparks" or grinder dust. Lol.
Take care of you both, and say hi to Bear for us.
Matthew and Macharla. :) :)
You both must feel a lot of weight off your shoulders. I love the background music.
I love your videos, but you guys have a volume issue, when you talk its so low then the music just blares in your videos... im often watching when my daughter is asleep and im constantly turning up the volume to hear your guys talk then have to turn it down RIGHT AWAY as soon as the music plays or else it wakes her up... it makes it tough to watch a bit! other then that love the videos
Mackenzie how far along are you, both of you are doing a great job house and property look amazing. Spenser you are killing it !!!⚓️
Schedule a roof cleaning monthly. If there is alot of rust goin into the water collection, the pump system may f up too. So it's good to monitor what's on the roof time and again Spencer.
I sent the wife to the store for purple primer ..she came back with a wax bowl ring lol
140/5000
Hello, greetings from Germany. I love your videos. I wish many more projects. Subscription left there and bell activated.
Why didn't you let the venting end in the airspace between the container and the roof?
Just binge watched all your videos kinda was sad this was the last one I saw. 😞
I've been using one like this for years. No bucket though, it has a post hole auger and a PTO mower. Good tool.
It may be tanic acid if leaves sit up there a while.
that stuff looks like pollen/pollum from a tree
Did you want the news the world already knows vnclip.net/p/RDIMWcwyng3Uk
I am curious why you didn’t put a protective barrier under the cement? I know you sealed the container floor but aren’t you worried that something might go wrong even with the pitch that you put in?
i feel like a video once a week isnt enough for me. Make more videos please jknotjk.
Sir you need to make your wife some steps, hopefully y'all not living there yet . My first video of y'all beautiful family. Nice tractor.
:55 , i would only use it in average big normal yard only, not on fields or terrain like such, its not made for profesional use, it will easily tip ovet
Like all new husbands, Spencer is learning there is nothing he cannot possess, that makes him even happier to give to his wife.
Say Goodbye to your tractor, son!
I've been wanting a tractor for the property for a year now, just haven't pulled the trigger on it. You should do an update in a few months to let us now if it was a game-changer and what you've found it most useful for!
