Korea played a completely clean game. In a knockout phase, they could have played with the intention of hurting the Brazilian players, but they played the most honest game I've seen so far, no hard tackle, no stomp, no mean attitude. They showed excellent sportsmanship on the field and for this reason, earned everyone's respect.

As a Korean, I think the Korean team should be proud for what they achieved this World Cup. They finally made it to the Round of 16 after 2010, and their overall play was a significant upgrade from their former selves. This year's Brazil team is incredible (even for Brazil), and even when Korea was losing 4-0 they kept going and got on the scoreboard. There are still ways to go for them, but this was a giant step forward. A big applause for the Korean team, and I'll be rooting for Brazil from this point on.

South Korea played well, they just did not pressured Brazil enough. Brazil kept making moves and had greater ball time. Brazil had control of the ball and, thus, of the game also. South Korea did managed to score toward the end and wow! what a goal it was. Coming from far away at high speed, the gate keeper could not stop it. So South Korea deserves credit. They played well. That penalty call was so bad. This game was so rigged, I think being 2-0 down in the first 10 minutes hurt the morale of Korea and made them play way more offensively which allowed Brazil to score 2 more easier

Watching this game for entire 90 minutes, I thought this game must be tough for Korea. Brazil's soccer is beautiful and remarkable. As a Korean, I hope Brazil takes the first place.
I don't think you watched it. They played over 90 minutes. Korea got lost. At one point, it was as if Brazil was playing by themselves, and korea was standing there. Watch it, you'll see. From minutes 26 to 47, you have to wonder what Korea is doing. After 5 substitutions on the second quarter, it got better, but after the goal, they were playing as if that was it, they made it. Losers.
Can't really blame South Korea, they actually played really well, just they came up against Brazil, arguably the strongest team in the cup. They definitely were not expected to make it out of group consisting of Urguway and Portugal, along with a Ghana team that was performing very well. Credit it to them for making it this far and not giving up in this game.

Yeah~ that penalty in the beginning stage of the game totally discouraged the Korean squad. **Clearly not a penalty** Korean defender tried to clear the ball and Richarlison came running from behind and put himself to get kicked by the Korean defender and the referee calls that a penalty...??😆🤣 it's a joke,,,, One of the most biased dirty calls made by the referee i believe (What would Brasilian fans say if this happened to them?? The referee was clearly biased. If you watched the entire game, he would ignore most of penalties by Brazil but he would make sure Korean penalties won't go unnoticed against Brazil. The penalty shot given to Brazil was just ridiculous. Watch the whole game and you'll see what I'm talking about.

The PK was unwarranted - defender was just trying to clear the ball - Neymar snuck up from behind and went in front of him. That said, Brazilian soccer is incredibly entertaining - the chipped assist for the fourth goal was especially spectacular. The South Korean goal was also superb!

I don't think you watched it. They played over 90 minutes. Korea got lost. At one point, it was as if Brazil was playing by themselves, and korea was standing there. Watch it, you'll see. From minutes 26 to 47, you have to wonder what Korea is doing. After 5 substitutions on the second quarter, it got better, but after the goal, they were playing as if that was it, they made it. Losers.

Can't really blame South Korea, they actually played really well, just they came up against Brazil, arguably the strongest team in the cup. They definitely were not expected to make it out of group consisting of Urguway and Portugal, along with a Ghana team that was performing very well. Credit it to them for making it this far and not giving up in this game.

Was watching when the game was live, wild to see Brazil score off the back of one of the softest PK calls I've seen in ages followed by one of the prettiest goals we'll see all tournament about 10 minutes later.
Much Respect to the South Korean team for winning their group and making it to the Knockout Stage but Brazil was too much for them and play their beautiful game in the first half which enabled them to cruise in the second half and will take on Croatia in the Quarterfinals... and yes Neymar has a chance to break Pele's goals record for Brazil... Prayers to Pele and his family as the news isn't great on him at the moment...

The referee was clearly biased. If you watched the entire game, he would ignore most of penalties by Brazil but he would make sure Korean penalties won't go unnoticed against Brazil. The penalty shot given to Brazil was just ridiculous. Watch the whole game and you'll see what I'm talking about.

The PK was unwarranted - defender was just trying to clear the ball - Neymar snuck up from behind and went in front of him. That said, Brazilian soccer is incredibly entertaining - the chipped assist for the fourth goal was especially spectacular. The South Korean goal was also superb!

This Brazil team looks like they truly get along and have a genuine love for one another. From how they play to how they speak on one another, there seems to be a genuine team vibe. If they continue to play this way, whoa idk who can beat them. They dispatched a well organized, solid Korean team like they weren't even there at times. I truly don't know what else Korea could have done, great tournament for South Korea and Brazil rolls on. Would love to see a Beazil v France or v Portugal.

I've been watching a few Korean players for years, and I gotta say, Korea's #3 Kim Jin-Su (left back defender) is probably one of the worst players I've seen in this world cup.
It's odd because Korea has Kim Min Jae who is a beast at defending but #3 player is so bad.
