    Hey hey!!
    For this video I’m going to be showing you how to train your abs to get a flat stomach by working the upper and lower abs and a tiny waist by doing a lot of twisting.

    Hi! For anyone wondering if this works, it definitely does! For me i lost 1 inch off my waist in 4 days!! From 30.5inch to 29.5inch i am very grateful to taylor for this amazing workout! Although it might be helpful to note that i was eating relatively clean these past few days . Ill keep doing this workout until i reach my final goal~ try it out guys!!!❤️❤️😆😊🥰

    day 1: so i started doing this after a Emi Wong video so it was a little bit harder than expected.
    day 2: i still did the other video first. Also i will be taking my waist measurements everyday, right now i’m in: 69cm.
    day 3: didn’t do it cause I went to cheerleading, but tomorrow (today) i will.
    day 4: i just went to cheer.
    day 5: same. But omg, my waist is now 67cm.

    I'm going to do this until probably the end of Jan next year. I really want to lose weight before school starts next year. Gonna be healthier and do this and the leg one everyday..! (Probably w/ one rest day) I'll most likely do it on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sat & Sun

    I've been doing this for 3 days, (minus the side plank part, i can't do that so I usually do a plank during that part) and I haven't noticed much of a change yet, except it's getting much easier!

      Day 3! Felt sore today when I woke up and during this work out. I had some more trouble with the side plank twists than normal today and dropped a few times. However, I did better than usual at the end with the lower ab work. It's a work in progress!

    End result after two months: I gained muscle, gained weight, and lost no mass lol took this to a professional and this works for (in short) toothpicks to tone out, but not to lose weight.

      You need to do cardio and weight training to lose weight girl😂i couldve told you that this is just basic tone workout. You can only get a waist smaller or sinched when its already at a certain "fit" stage and youre also skinny as hell

    I've been doing her abs, arms, and legs videos for about a month now and the results are amazing. My legs look a lot thinner, my butt grew about half an inch, and I lost my muffin top. I haven't been able to do them everyday (about 22 days total with rest days in between), but I'm so happy about my results. Her workouts are still hard for me to do so don't beat yourself up for not being strong enough.
    Since her workouts aren't cardio, your diet does matter. I've been more careful with what I eat and I cut a lot of sugary foods and drinks. It was hard for me to accept that your diet plays a big role but if you want to see real changes, definitely watch what you eat.

    I'm doing this so my stomach can be flat FLAT for my date next weekend
    day 1: it was easy!
    day 2: i noticed that my tummy was flatter and more defined but when i did the exercise, it was so hard lol

    No one probably watches her workout videos anymore but I still remember them... And they are no joke THE best workouts ever. I started this workout along with her legs one about a month ago and it works so well!! I lost roughly 2 inches around my waist in just one month! *btw I do her exercises daily* It works so well even tho it was very hard from the beginning you just have to push yourself through it!! I also combined her exercises with dieting so I lost about 10 pounds after a month. This workout is seriously amazing!

      @cara ! it's a 10 min abs workout consisting of resistance exercises and those don't burn that many calories. It's not supposed to burn many calories anyway but to build/tone your muscles

    I have done this workout along with the workout for slim legs for about 2 weeks now, so I'm gonna update you guys. First of all I'm gonna say, I am not a person who is naturally slim, I've been working out a lot before to kind of achieve it, but it was really hard to keep. As I found her workouts I was motivated to do it, I do it 4 times a week just as the leg workout and it's so much easier and better. I see how my stomach gets flatter and I can even see that it gets muscular, I've had a pretty tiny waist before as well,cause of the workouts before but now it's even stronger and even if it's hard,I really recommend you guys to do it. I don't diet along with this, but it still helps a lot, feel free to ask another things and sorry for my english, i am a foreigner ~

    I used to watch all of Taylor’s videos a few years ago when I was about 13. Her workouts are so great and I did them very day back then.
    I recommend this work out soooo much !!! I waist line was going down by almost .5 cm everyday !!!
